Wheels 4 Veterans: A 508(c)(1)(a) Faith-Based Organization

Effective immediately, the National Industrial Mobilization Directive known as Wheels 4 Veterans (W4V) is officially reconstituted. W4V now operates exclusively under the sovereign, faith-based protection of the Theron International Foundation (TIF) as a strictly designated 508(c)(1)(a) organization.

I. Severance of Prior Corporate Shells Any and all prior corporate registrations, specifically including dormant 501(c)(3) designations previously filed under foreign or federal jurisdictions, are hereby declared obsolete, dissolved, and entirely severed from this mission. W4V operates free of federal bureaucratic oversight, governed solely by the Foundation’s sovereign mandate.

II. The Veteran Mobilization Mandate W4V serves as the elite human vanguard and operational arm of the Theron International Foundation. Our mission is to mobilize 20 million skilled veterans to reclaim, build, and defend America’s critical Water, Energy, and Food (WEF) infrastructure. This is not a charity; it is a national security imperative.

III. Absolute TIF Alignment As an integrated auxiliary of the Foundation, W4V is fully aligned with the “America First, America Only” directive. We answer exclusively to the Board of Directors of the Theron International Foundation, prioritizing American survival, the reclamation of national assets, and the establishment of sovereign, off-grid infrastructure.
