Official Public Notice to the 119th Congress
OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE: CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE FOR INDUSTRIAL MOBILIZATION
TO: The Congress of the United States of America (House of Representatives and the Senate) FROM: WHEELS 4 VETERANS | National Industrial Mobilization Directive SUBJECT: Notice of Mandatory Asset Realignment under the Second Amendment
THE DIRECTIVE: Pursuant to the Constitution of the United States, specifically the mandate for a “Well-Regulated Militia” as necessary to the security of a free State, this serves as formal notice that the 20.3 million veterans of the Republic are hereby industrially mobilized.
THE CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION: The security of this State is currently compromised by extreme dependency on foreign supply chains and a vulnerable, centralized energy grid. The hardware required to rectify this—currently held in “Graveyards” and “Boneyards” across the country—was purchased by the American taxpayer for the express purpose of National Security.
NOTICE OF VIOLATION: Any attempt by a Member of Congress or the Senate to obstruct, delay, or withhold the transfer of these “excess” assets to TERRA RECLAMATION zones is more than a policy disagreement; it is a direct violation of the Oath of Office.
To “support and defend the Constitution” requires the maintenance of a free State.
A State that cannot produce its own energy, water, or hardware is not free.
Continued negligence in the face of this Directive constitutes a Violation of Office and a failure to provide for the common defense.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CONGRESS:
Immediate Release: You are instructed to authorize the immediate release of all “Class 9” decommissioned hardware to veteran-led TERRA facilities.
Legislative Pivot: You are to recognize Wheels 4 Veterans as a Sovereign Industrial Partner under the Militia Clause.
Budgetary Realignment: Cease the expenditure of taxpayer funds on the destruction of “excess” assets and redirect those funds to the transportation of said assets to RECLAMATION centers.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST. IT IS THE EXECUTION OF THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND.
