Under the sovereign authority of the Theron International Foundation (TIF), Wheels 4 Veterans operates a strict twelve-seat (12) Strategic Command Board. We are actively recruiting current and former high-ranking United States military personnel (Command/Flag Officers, Special Operations Leaders, and heavy logistics commanders) to lead the mobilization of 20 million skilled veterans.

This is not a commercial or financial position. This is an elite tactical command role.

The Mission Mandate: The Strategic Command Board is tasked with the direct oversight of the TERRA RECLAMATION construction and the nationwide deployment of our veterans to secure, build, and defend America’s critical Water, Energy, and Food (WEF) infrastructure. This TERRA infrastructure is close in proximity to our nation’s “combat machine graveyards,” and Wheels 4 Veterans wants to convert these to be free of fossil fuel consumption and be able to be redeployed to strengthen America.

Board Status & Clearances:

• Tactical Authority: Command-level influence over the deployment and operational strategy of the W4V vanguard.

• TIF Inner Circle: Direct synergy with the heavily funded commercial WEF Boards (Theron Energy, Theron H²O, Theron Horticulture).

• Exclusive Access: Full clearance to TIF strategic retreats, closed-door infrastructure briefings, and Foundation deployment operations.
