BYLAWS OF WHEELS 4 VETERANS

ARTICLE I: GOVERNING AUTHORITY
Section 1.01: The CEO & Founder. As the visionary and founder of the WWEHFELS nexus, the CEO (Cornelius Basson Theron) holds final tie-breaking authority on all matters involving the OEM’s mission-critical technology, infrastructure deployment, and the selection of operators for the OEM Command & Control roster.
ARTICLE II: THE OEM COMMAND & CONTROL
Section 2.01: Composition. Operational oversight is handled by “Strategic Operators” who have successfully vetted through the OEM Command & Control appointment process.
Section 2.02: Roles. Operators are categorized by their alignment with the WWEHFELS Workhorses:
Energy/Wind/Solar/Geothermal: Oversees the scaling of sovereign power infrastructure.
Water: Oversees the deployment of atmospheric water recovery systems.
Horticulture/Food: Oversees the food sovereignty and regenerative terraforming initiatives.
Security: Manages the protection of the sovereign industrial perimeter.
ARTICLE III: MEETINGS & DECISION MAKING
Section 3.01: Operational Briefings. The Command & Control roster shall meet for “Strategic Briefings” as needed to execute the National industrial mobilization.
Section 3.02: Founder’s Prerogative. No major infrastructure, financial, or deployment decision can be ratified without the consent of the First Trustee.
ARTICLE IV: STRATEGIC FUNDING
Section 4.01: Mission Support. Funding is directed toward the deployment of sovereign infrastructure. All capital strategies, including PPP loan applications, are subject to the approval and oversight of the First Trustee.
Section 4.02: Confidentiality. As a THERON INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION OEM company, all internal financial reporting and contributor identities are strictly confidential to protect the integrity of the mission.
ARTICLE V: WWEHFELS ASSETS
Section 5.01: Consecrated Technology. All patents, engineering specs, and industrial prototypes are “Mission Assets.” They are to be used exclusively for the humanitarian and stewardship goals of the THERON INTERNATIONAL Foundation.
ARTICLE VI: FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP
Section 6.01: Compliance. The Trust shall maintain operations with institutions that respect its THERON INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION OEM company status.
Section 6.02: Reporting. Financial transparency is internal to the Command & Control roster and the Founder to ensure proper resource allocation and industrial scaling.
ARTICLE VII: AMENDMENTS
Section 7.01: These bylaws may be amended at any time by the CEO to better reflect the scale of the American Sovereign frontier.
