THE MANDATE
If the ELDERS are the sovereign guardians of the long-term vision, THE COUNCIL is the engine of tactical execution. The COUNCIL holds the absolute operational mandate to deploy, manage, and sustain the WWEHFELS infrastructure framework across the Navajo Nation. Where the Elders provide ethical alignment and territorial stewardship, the Council governs the tactical grid. They are responsible for the daily industrial mobilization, the physical integration of localized baseload systems, and the strict, boots-on-the-ground enforcement of W4V engineering standards.
COMMAND PROTOCOL
The Council operates under a non-negotiable directive of daily progress, logistical precision, and infrastructural readiness. The Council’s core oversight directives include:
Tactical Execution: Direct the active, daily deployment of 20-Acre performance contracts, homestead construction, and agricultural reclamation (TERRA) nodes.
Grid Management: Oversee the continuous, localized operation of atmospheric water generation (AWG) and permanent magnetic generation (PMG) baseloads to ensure zero operational downtime.
Logistical Synchronization: Coordinate directly with W4V OEM command to ensure all material supply chains, TOMAHAWK equipment armories, and operational squads are fully resourced and deployed with absolute precision.
THE TACTICAL CYCLE
To guarantee operational supremacy and maintain relentless infrastructural momentum, THE COUNCIL enforces a strict daily rhythm. The operational matrix below dictates the non-negotiable daily command workflow for all active homesteads and infrastructure nodes.
