1. GOVERNANCE AND JURISDICTION By accessing or participating in any program facilitated by the Theron International Foundation (TIF) or Wheels 4 Veterans (W4V), you acknowledge that this initiative operates as a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based sovereign trust. You agree that the governing authority for all activities is the Covenant Council, operating in alignment with the sovereign interests of the Navajo Nation and the industrial mobilization mandate of the United States.

2. SOVEREIGN INDUSTRIAL PARTICIPATION The materials provided—including WWEHFELS technical schematics, 33-Node topological models, and resource reclamation directives—are licensed for the sole purpose of sovereign industrial development. Use of this technology for extractive corporate agendas or purposes contrary to the Covenant is strictly prohibited.

3. NAVAJO NATION AND TRUST ALIGNMENT Users engaging with projects located within or affecting the Navajo Nation agree to respect the sovereign stewardship of the land. This platform serves as a partner to tribal leadership, and all technical deployments must comply with the established Covenant mission to reclaim and protect indigenous resources.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

• Data Integrity: You shall not reverse-engineer, mirror, or attempt to deconstruct the proprietary WWEHFELS engine.

• Operational Security: You agree to maintain the security of any node-specific data accessed through the OPERATIONS portal.

• Mutual Respect: All interaction with the Elders and tribal participants shall be conducted according to “The Circle Way”—a philosophy of mutual benefit and long-term sustainability.

5. DISCLAIMER OF EXTERNAL DEPENDENCY TIF and W4V provide the architecture for industrial autonomy. By using this service, you accept that the Foundation is not responsible for the failure or decay of legacy grid systems you choose to abandon in favor of the 33-Node Harmonic model.

6. AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT The Council reserves the right to modify these terms as the mobilization scales. Continued use of these portals following any updates constitutes your ongoing commitment to the sovereign mandate.
