THE MANDATE

The ELDERS are the guardians of the WEHFELS framework. They do not manage the day-to-day industrial grind—that is the work of THE COUNCIL. The ELDERS provide the strategic vision, the long-term stewardship of our sovereign land, and the ethical alignment of our mission to ensure the covenant remains unbroken for generations to come.

GOVERNANCE PROTOCOL

Governance in this trust is not a committee of bureaucrats; it is a council of stewards. The ELDERS meet monthly to:

• Audit Strategic Alignment: Ensure all industrial nodes, homesteads, and deployments adhere to the WEHFELS absolute core.

• Review Territorial Stewardship: Oversee the reclamation status of lands and the progress of the 20-Acre performance contracts.

• Ratify Directives: Provide the high-level guidance necessary for the operational teams to execute their mandates.
