2. COVENANT OF USE Access to this site is a privilege granted to those who align with the mandate of the Covenant. You agree:

• To utilize information, engineering schematics, and industrial directives for their intended sovereign purpose.

• To refrain from the misuse of data regarding our proprietary WWEHFELS industrial framework.

• That any interaction with the platform—including data intake and industrial participation—is voluntary and subject to the oversight of the Council.
