PERMIT READY

PERMIT READY

“W4V & Navajo Nation, regarding the ‘Permit Ready’ mandate: My OEM Command & Control framework is designed for rapid deployment. We are utilizing standardized, modular WWEHFELS engineering configurations that are pre-certified for industrial and safety compliance. We are not designing from scratch; we are deploying proven, pre-validated industrial assets. Our site selection process is strictly limited to locations where land-use rights are clear and utility-scale development is pre-authorized. We are operational, not speculative.”

The “Permit Ready” Checklist

To satisfy the Bank, you must demonstrate that you have:

  • Site Control: You have legal possession of the land (the “20-acre equity” model or your specific off-reservation site).

  • Zoning & Land Use: The site is already zoned for industrial/utility-scale power and manufacturing. You don’t need a variance or a zoning change.

  • Environmental Clearance: You have conducted the necessary environmental impact assessments (EIA) or have secured the necessary waivers, meaning there are no endangered species or historic preservation disputes that can halt construction.

  • Engineering Approval: The structural, electrical (IEEE-compliant), and safety plans are completed, stamped by a licensed professional engineer (PE), and submitted.

  • Utility Interconnection: If you are tying into the grid, you have an approved “Interconnection Agreement.” If you are building off-grid (which is your standard), you have secured all required local municipal sign-offs for autonomous power systems.
