THE SOVEREIGN INDUSTRIAL DIRECTIVE

I. AMERICAN SOVEREIGNTY MANDATE Wheels 4 Veterans (W4V) and all affiliated industrial nodes operate exclusively within the United States of America. We are an American-owned, American-operated, and American-engineered entity. Our mission is the absolute reclamation of the American Frontier. We do not participate in foreign supply chains, offshore manufacturing, or globalist resource extraction.

II. THE OEM OATH By engaging with this Foundation, all Operators, Fiduciaries, and Partners formally swear the following:

  • ALLEGANCE: I pledge my loyalty to the survival, sovereignty, and prosperity of the United States of America.

  • INDUSTRIAL LOYALTY: I pledge to protect the sanctity of the WWEHFELS industrial nexus, ensuring that all patents, engineering breakthroughs, and infrastructure deployment remain strictly under the control of the American Foundation.

  • OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY: I swear to uphold the Industrial Directive framework, recognizing the First Trustee as the final authority on all mission-critical industrial decisions.

III. COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE Our operations are governed by the rigorous standards of the USPTO, IEEE, and ISO, ensuring that “Made in America” is not just a label, but the highest technical benchmark on the planet.

"I, the undersigned, do solemnly swear and affirm that I shall maintain the highest standards of security regarding all technical data, proprietary engineering, and industrial designs of Wheels 4 Veterans (W4V).

I explicitly acknowledge that the technologies hosted across this infrastructure are subject to the strict jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Commerce. I vow to uphold all EAR and ITAR compliance frameworks, recognizing that any unauthorized disclosure to foreign nationals is a violation of U.S. Federal Law.

I understand that my participation in any project is contingent upon final federal alignment and that I am personally responsible for the protection of all 'Dual-Use' technologies under my purview."
